FORGET THE SPRINKLES. TRY SOME BACON ON YOUR DONUT!

Check out this bad boy. You're looking at a maple frosted donut topped with bacon! And, yes, it's as good as it looks! You can find this extreme donut and other unique flavors at Union Square Donuts in Somerville, Massachusetts. Other varities include cherry hibiscus, orange creamsicle, ginger cream, vanilla and honey almond. The donuts are huge and one is plenty for breakfast along with some of their coffee. They also sell donut holes in flavors such as espresso cinnamon and orange ginger. The donuts are so good they often sell out! Besides their Somerville shop, you can also find Union Square Square donuts at the SoWa open Market in the South End of Boston on Sundays this summer. , , ,
