KEFTEDES AT KOUZINA ESTIATORIO IN DEDHAM, MA

One of my favorite meals in all of New England is the keftedes meal at Kouzina Estiatorio, a Greek restaurant in Dedham, Mass. Keftedes are Greek meatballs made of lamb and mixed with onions. Squeeze a little lemon on top of these flavorful, juicy meatballs and you're in business. They are served with tzatziki sauce, which I also like to spread on top of the keftedes. The meal comes with two sides. I usually go for the rice pilaf and Greek salad. They always include their crunchy and flavorful pita bread on the side. It's the best pita I've had.
