VERMONT'S WHETSTONE STATION ADDS NEW ITEMS TO THEIR MENU

Whetstone Station in Brattleboro, Vermont is an Eat Up New England Favorite for so many reasons. They brew their own beer. The views from inside are breathtaking. Oh, yeah. There's the food. I love their Vermont cheddar ale soup and their Crazy Happy Waitress grilled cheese. Whetstone recently expanded their menu, adding so many comfort food dishes that it's hard to settle on just one.

Whetstone has added poutine to their appetizer menu. There's small and large sizes. It's amazing, as is their gravy.  They also added a short rib mac 'n cheese skillet to their apps.

 There are several new entrees including a beer braised brisket sandwich, peanut thai chicken wrap, chicken & waffles and fish & grits. I tried their new Fried Chicken Sammich, a perfectly fried piece of chicken on a challuh bun. Get it with fries or a salad.
