A HEARTY BREAKFAST AT THE LITTLE CAKE CAFE IN CONNECTICUT

There's a cozy little place to grab breakfast and lunch in Newington, Connecticut called The Little Cake Cafe. It specializes in all of the classic breakfast dishes like big, fluffy pancakes and omelets. I made my own omelet with fresh mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. The egg was so light and fluffy and I enjoyed their potatoes and bacon with it. The Little Cake Cafe also has some breakfast tacos with chorizo which look VERY tempting. They are also open for lunch, serving salads, sandwiches and soups.

 The Little Cake Cafe has only been open since October 2016, so be sure to check them out. , ,
