| Taco Mac |
The mac & cheese is served in skillets - small, medium or large. A small is plenty for one person. The real challenge is settling on a flavor combination. There's cheeseburger mac, chicken bacon ranch, pulled pork, Philly cheese steak, bacon cheddar, carbonara, chicken parm, Lobstah, American chop suey, chicken scampi, shrimp scampi, tuna max.... the ooey, gooey list goes on and on, not to mention Mr. Mac also has daily specials.
Eat Up New England ordered the Taco Mac, which is mac & cheese with beef, taco seasoning, American & Cabot cheeses and topped with sour cream. Oh, did I mention it also has tortilla chips baked in on top of it to make it extra crispy? This mac & cheese is as mouth-watering as it sounds and I've been craving it ever since.
Eat Up New England can't wait to return to Mr. Mac's to try another flavor of macaroni & cheese goodness. Mr. Mac's also has other locations in Manchester, NH and Tyngsboro, MA.
