Cinco de Mayo falling on a Sunday this year means that all of us really have TWO days to celebrate. Eat Up New England kicked things off yesterday at the lovely new Temazcal in Framingham, Massachusetts. Their huge basket of tortilla chips with three dips is always a crowd pleaser. For dinner, I scarfed down their chicken fajitas. The chicken was amazing.
